Electronic Services
The District of New Mexico is well known for its support of on-line access to court information and records. Both the District and Bankruptcy courts offer elecronic filing to attorneys through Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF). In addition, users can access general information such court opinions, a court calendar and case information. Training in the use of the court's electronic services is available via online documentation  and through in-house training classes. Employment Dispute Resolution Plan

The Court has adopted the Employment Dispute Resolution Plan of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico (EDR Plan), which allows employees and applicants to seek redress for wrongful discrimination and harassment in the work place. 

Incidents of perceived discrimination in violation of the EDR Plan may be confidentially reported by Court employees or applicants to one of the Court’s EDR Coordinators listed below.  If you have a question, please feel free to contact an EDR Coordinator today.

Employment Opportunities

Each court agency in the District of New Mexico manages its own Human Resources department and should be contacted directly for employment information and opportunities. In addition, please visit each agencies web site for current job postings.

Several of the court agencies use the Application for Judicial Branch Federal Employment, Form AO 78, for all job openings. Other require a Resume and Cover letter. Please refer to the job posting for specific instructions.

Immigration/Naturalization
The U.S. District Court is responsible for Naturalization ceremonies. However, the court is not involved in any other Immigration processes.
