Introduction


The U.S. Courts Library in Albuquerque is a branch of the Tenth Circuit Library in Denver.

The Branch Library's primary purpose is to serve the research and information needs of federal judicial officers in the District of New Mexico. This includes Circuit, District, Magistrate, and Bankruptcy judges and their law clerks and chambers staff, as well Clerks of Court for the District and Bankruptcy Courts and their staffs, Federal Public Defenders, and Probation and Pretrial offices.

The Library is open also to employees of federal agencies including the U.S. Attorney's office, and to members of the bar of District Court of New Mexico.
