District of New Mexico
WiFi Access
The United States
District Court for the District of New Mexico in cooperation with the
Federal Bar Association now provides wireless Internet access to
Federal bar members in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe Federal
Courthouses. This access is currently available in the Attorney Lounge
at the Santiago E. Campos and the Pete V. Domenici Courthouses. (The
Federal Courthouse currently under construction in Las Cruces will
include an Attorney Lounge. When this building opens an Internet
connection will be installed in the Attorney Lounge here also.)
Wireless access is secured using the 'Wired Equivalent Privacy' (WEP)
protocol and requires a key to access. The key will change monthly and
is available from any Federal Court Clerk's office intake counter or
from the Circuit Librarians in Albuquerque.
