In most instances, you will be notified by mail when and where to report for jury duty. However, if you need information or have a problem serving for jury duty, please contact the Court as follows:

If you have been summoned to serve as a juror with the United States District Court, you can use eJuror, our new internet website, to submit your information and take care of most of your juror needs electronically.

Attorney Information

The jury system for the District of New Mexico operates pursuant to the rules set forth in the local jury plan. Usually, eight jurors are selected for a civil jury trial, and twelve jurors and two alternates are selected for a criminal trial.
