On occasion, the Court can encounter some technical problems with ACE which
force us to take it off-line for a few hours. Although we do our best to keep
down time to a minimum, as we fine tune the system, it may be necessary to take
it off-line. During these times, if you are trying to electronically file a document
and find that you cannot access the system, please follow the
procedures for electronic filing in the event the system is down outlined in
our training manual and on our ACE FAQs page.
