AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL CIVIL RULES

Amendments to the Local Civil Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico are being considered. The amendments are to:
D.N.M.LR-Civ. 7.7, Length of Motion and Brief;
D.N.M.LR-Civ. 16.3, Exclusion from Pretrial Case Management;
D.N.M.LR-Civ. 83.2(b), Admission Fees;
D.N.M.LR-Civ. 83.9, Rules of Professional Conduct; and
Local Forms 1 and 2 Regarding the Release of Health Information.
