In conjunction with the implementation of CM/ECF, the Initial Pretrial Report in all civil cases is being replaced by a Joint Status Report and Provisional Discovery Plan (“JSR”).  The new JSR will contain all information currently contained in the Provisional Discovery Plan as well as all the non-scheduling content of the Initial Pretrial Report.  Litigants will cooperate in completing the JSR, which will then be e-filed by counsel rather than submitted to the court.   Please take note of this change as the Court will soon be ordering JSR’s, rather than Initial Pretrial Reports, in all civil cases.  To view and/or download a sample of the Joint Status Report and Provisional Discovery Plan, please visit the Forms link.   For more information, you may wish to review the Court’s Administrative Order 06-173, filed November 17, 2006, or call the CM/ECF Help Desk at 505-348-2075.
