IMPORTANT: The new version of CM/ECF has been tested and works correctly with Firefox 3.5.x and Internet Explorer 6 and 7. Using an earlier version of these browsers may lead to loss of functionality and the inability to e-file. We recommend that you update now to avoid potential issues with the new version of CM/ECF.

FEDERAL BAR DUES FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO
With the concurrence of the Article III judges and in accordance with D.N.M.LR-Civ. 83.2(c), collection of calendar year 2010 attorney bar dues has been ordered at the rate of $25.00.  Dues should be submitted no later than January 31, 2010 to the Clerk of Court, U.S. District Court, 333 Lomas Blvd. NW, Suite 270, Albuquerque, NM  87102.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:  Note that on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 8 pm to midnight, the CM/ECF system may be unavailable for maintenance related activities.  Please plan your filing activities accordingly.
