Welcome to the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) Information Center. The goal of this site is to provide the Bar and the public with a centralized location to obtain the latest information about CM/ECF.

Please note that due to server maintenance activities, online payment functionality related to Pay.Gov will not be available during the following time periods:

·         Saturday, February 4th, 2012 from 4 pm to 6 pm

·         Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 from 4 pm to 10 pm

 

Due to electrical system upgrades, CM/ECF and other electronic services will not be available during the following times. Please plan your filing activities accordingly.

·         8:00 pm Saturday, February 4th to 8:00 am Sunday, February 5th

·         8:00 pm Saturday, February 11th to 8:00 am Sunday, February 12th

 

Please take note that the new procedures (and dues) for attorneys licensed outside the district are not retroactive. If you associated or motioned the court on a case prior to January 1, 2012, you do NOT need to associate to the case again. Additionally, the new association dues only apply to attorneys making their association on a case after December 31, 2011.

FEDERAL BAR DUES FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO: Pursuant to local rule changes, effective January 1, 2012, attorney bar dues will only be collected in odd numbered years. However, delinquent payments for prior years must still be made in order to maintain good standing. Delinquent dues should be submitted as soon as possible to the Clerk of Court, U.S. District Court, 333 Lomas Blvd. NW, Suite 270, Albuquerque, NM, 87102. For information on payment status, please contact the court at 505-348-2000 (Option 4 - Attorney Information). Alternatively, you may submit your status request via email to attorneyadmissions @ nmcourt.fed.us.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: Note that each Wednesday from 8 pm to midnight, the CM/ECF system may be unavailable for maintenance related activities. Please plan your filing activities accordingly.
