IMPORTANT: The new version of CM/ECF has been tested and works correctly with Firefox 3.5.x and Internet Explorer 6 and 7. Using an earlier version of these browsers may lead to loss of functionality and the inability to e-file. We recommend that you update to avoid potential issues with the new version of CM/ECF. Users have reported some issues with using Internet Explorer 8, which is not currently supported.

FEDERAL BAR DUES FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO
With the concurrence of the Article III judges and in accordance with D.N.M.LR-Civ. 83.2(c), collection of calendar year 2010 attorney bar dues has been ordered at the rate of $25.00.  Dues should be submitted no later than January 31, 2010 to the Clerk of Court, U.S. District Court, 333 Lomas Blvd. NW, Suite 270, Albuquerque, NM  87102.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:  Note that on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 8 pm to midnight, the CM/ECF system may be unavailable for maintenance related activities.  Please plan your filing activities accordingly.
