• Trial Preparation Checklist for JURY & NON-JURY Trials -These documents are sent out with your Trial Notices and will govern certain case deadlines such as exhibits, witnesses and motions in limine.  When dates differ from those in the Pretrial Order, follow the deadlines given in the Trial Preparation Notice.
  

• Civil Stock Jury Instructions - These are standard (stock) civil jury instructions which the Court will prepare.  The instructions are intended for reference only.  Parties should NOT submit stock instructions unless they are not included here.
  
  
• Phone Conferences with Judge Puglisi - Judge Puglisi will accept scheduled conference calls from counsel on discovery matters, including conduct during depositions, provided that the following requirements are met, to wit:

1.  The counsel between whom the dispute exists shall agree to presenting the matter by conference call.

2.  The matter shall be of a narrow or discrete nature; i.e., it shall usually be a single issue and not be a number of interrogatories, etc.

3.  Scheduling arrangements have been made with the Judge's staff.
 
4.  Unopposed motions, such as extensions of discovery deadlines, should be submitted in writing.
