Voice Case Information System

If you have a touch-tone telephone, you may obtain case information via the court's Voice Case Information System (VCIS).

To use the service, dial the court's VCIS number — (505) 348-2444 or call toll-free (888) 435-7822 — between the hours of 4:00 am and 8:00 pm, and follow the instructions provided by the auto-attendant. There is no charge for using this service.

You are allowed three searches per call. Using your telephone keypad, enter a case number, party name, and social security number or employer tax ID. The computer reads case information directly from the court's database; this is all done electronically using a voice synthesizer which speaks with a "computer" accent. Information is available for cases filed on or after July 1, 1991. Information on new cases is available within 24 hours of filing.
