Transcripts and Audio Recordings of Proceedings

For information on redacting personal data identifiers from an electronic transcript of a proceeding, please read the judiciary's privacy policy.   See also Bankruptcy Court Guideslines for Implementation of the Judicial Conference Policies on Electronic Availability and Redaction of Transcripts of Court Proceedings, May 2008.

Transcripts and audio recordings of proceedings can be ordered as follows, depending on the judge who heard the proceeding. Rates vary but may not exceed maximum charges set by the Judicial Conference of the United States.

NOTE: The court is not responsible for determining if a hearing has been previously transcribed. Customers should check the case docket first for a filed copy of the transcript before ordering a CD copy or transcript. For more information, contact Administrative Services at (505) 348-2435.
