Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER)
PACER is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and the U.S. Party/Case Index via the Internet. Electronic access is available by registering with the PACER Service Center, the judiciary's centralized registration, billing, and technical support center.

PACER is a service of United States Judiciary. The PACER Service Center is run by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
There is a nominal fee charged by PACER to review and print case information. There is, however, no fee to register for a PACER account. Registration, billing, and issues with PACER service are handled by the PACER Service Center. The PACER Service Center website is very informative, and the Administrative Office staff at the PACER Service Center are knowledgeable, helpful, and customer-service oriented.
